Using project branding, photos, video, virtual reality footage and concise copy with a cohesive narrative, we created a multi-platform marketing plan including: Project Website; Emailers; Site Signage; Print Ads; Radio Campaigns; Organic and Paid Social Media Engagement; Digital Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
We garnered a registrant database of over 10,000 – outstanding results for a month-long multi-platform marketing campaign and then we adjusted our Call to Action to call the sales office for virtual/phone appointments. On Opening Day, our sales team completed phone calls/virtual appointments and sold the full release of 70 new homes at Seatonville.
