The copy narrative, language, tone of voice, and character are all sophisticated, smart and upscale in order to resonate with the key target audience of urban educated Singles, Couples and Families, wealthy Retirees, and Investors who are looking to invest in high-end Oakville real estate. Since the location is primary to the brand, the campaign emphasizes the charm and character of coastal Bronte Village, steps to the lake and trails, nearby stores, parks, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.
