Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Assist with strategy development and continuous improvement of Google PPC and Facebook/Instagram advertising, social media event
  • Content Creation: Develop cohesive, relevant and engaging content (static images, videos, blog content, etc.) for all paid ads platforms, to encourage engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to the websites
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Optimize & manage all paid digital advertising campaigns on all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Business
  • Launch regular A/B and multivariant tests for client leads campaigns and landing pages
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for clicks and conversions
  • Accountable for the results of the paid campaigns being prepared and optimized. You are expected to report on progress and to provide context on what is being executed
  • Monitor the budget spending monthly
  • Reporting: Report weekly & monthly as required on key performance indicators and campaign metrics for internal & external stakeholders, providing actionable insights for consistent growth
  • Copywriting: Assist with ad copy as needed
  • Other: Support Account Team as required, prepare all necessary internal and external guides & process documentation

Who are you:

  • 2 Years experiences in paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), at least 1 year in Agency
  • 2 Years experiences in PPC (Search+Display+Video+Gmail+Remarketing), at least 1 year in Agency
  • Experience in Google My Business management
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • MUST be hands-on experiences.
  • MUST be excellent at copywriting.
  • MUST be good at multiple tasking and time management.
  • MUST be detail-oriented and accuracy
  • Real Estate experience an asset
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are considered an asset

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Typical work responsibilities may include:
  • Responsible for managing design projects from concept to delivery, often in partnership with the Art Director.
  • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
  • Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Refining images, fonts, layouts using graphic design software.

SENIOR PRODUCTION ARTIST
(Freelance on-site position)

Now we’re looking to add a key player to our team. A production artist with a real “can do” attitude who can help us build on our award-winning track record, from branding to advertising to digital and website design.

Senior Production Artist is seasoned and experienced with a full understanding of their skills, with excellent attention to detail in their work and others. Follows direction and works quickly and efficiently while juggling multiple projects, and is able to problem solve in creative ways.

Responsibilities

  • Take architects CAD files and convert to clean floor plan marketing files.
  • Builds and produces multiple versions of layouts and files correctly, to proper specifications. Responsible for all final files once approved, and maintains all revision history.
  • Proper naming and filing of all assets, preparation of files for printing, etc.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of most recent Adobe Creative Suite. Needs to work onsite in our office.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience within a similar corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle priorities
  • Attention to detail and superior accuracy
  • Able to communicate and manage print jobs with vendors.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and nurturing excellent client relationships through the efficient management of project and administrative initiatives, keeping an open dialogue with clients at all times. The account manager will be responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring that work is being carried out in a timely and quality assured manner, ensuring that every detail is considered, documented and budgeted. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting the needs of all our clients, fielding requests for creative work and liaising directly with clients, media, suppliers and the staff who carry out the creative
  • Production of detailed calendars and schedules required to ensure a project runs smoothly from conception to completion
  • Involved in the creative direction and specification of various mediums including: print, large and small format displays, social media, email campaigns, website materials, etc.
  • Generation of detailed budgets and estimates

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts and grow our social media business. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers (when required).
